After seeing alot of consistency and being very pleased with the qualities in the kids sired by our boy "Mr. Spock" - Am/Can CH. Naja's Enterprise of Summer, CD AGN SOMC  the opportunity arose where I could select my pick female from one of his litters.  I would have been very pleased with any one of the three girls in the litter but there was just a little extra something about "GiGi" that caught my eye from the very first  pictures I saw of the puppies shortly after their birth. Those who know me, know that I tend to pick my puppy soon after birth.  I did that when I picked GiGi's sire "Mr Spock" (bred by Naomi & James Gibbs, Naja  Boxers) and also with Mr Spock's sire, GiGi's grand sire, our home bred boy from our first litter:  "Dash Riprock" - MBIS Am/Can CH Summer's Dash Riprock, SOMC and now again with "GiGi"...let's hope the saying holds true..."good things come in threes"!!

Her very first weekend here in her new  home at 13 weeks of age, only having been here for a day and never having worn a collar nor a lead I took GiGi to a "Fun Match" for 'socialization'...there were 33 puppies entered and they ran the match twice (like 2 shows in one day) ...well once this "Glamour Girl" hit the mats she sparkled and went on to win BEST IN MATCH not only once...but TWICE!!

Her very first day in the ring at just 6 months of age "GiGi" won BEST OF WINNERS for 4 points at the the Northern Alberta Canine Assocation (NACA) show! (See photo above). Later that evening she went on to win her 6-9 mos class (entry of 16 puppies!) in the All Breed Puppy Sweeps! Owner handled by myself.

At her next set of shows, "GiGi" won BEST PUPPY IN SPECIALTY (Grand) SWEEPSTAKES (entry of 16 puppies) at the Alberta Boxer Club Specialty alongside her great grandma "Stella" (who won Best Veteran Female & was the oldest Boxer entered!) !! What a thrill to win BOTH awards with BOTH my girls under judge Ms. Shirley Hubenig!  This same weekend,  "GiGi" then went on to win BEST OF WINNERS TWICE at Canada's largest outdoor show at the Alberta Kennel Club (AKC) All Breed shows for 5 points under Mr. Robert Vandiver (USA) & for 4 points to finish her Canadian Championship at 8 months of age ( in 6 days of showing) under Mr. Guy Spagnolo (Australia). (See photos below).  "GiGi" is the FIRST Champion for her dam and the THIRD for her sire!

Her very first weekend in the ring as a Special "GiGi" won TWO BEST PUPPY IN SHOW and at the Saskatoon Working & Herding Dog Association Specialty she won BEST PUPPY IN SPECIALTY (Grand) SWEEPSTAKES  and BEST PUPPY IN SPECIALTY GROUP! (see photos below). By 10 months of age  GiG was a Multi-Best Puppy in Show , Multi-Best of Breed  and  a GROUP winner...all owner handled!  

"GiGi" seems to have acquired the best from both of her parents and I am very excited to watch her grow to see what the future may have in store for us...see the photos below for more wins...
